 This is made by the folks who made the popular Stack the States, Stack the Countries and Monster Physics apps. You are asked random U.S. presidential facts (i.e. nicknames, who was Pres. during WWI, who preceded, succeeded the other) in order to get the chance to fling the head of said president at aliens. There is something satisfying about that – some more than others! What we like is the option to Learn where there are flash cards with basic information about each president (dates, party, VP, major events, facts, quotes), so you can study up before playing. We also like that you can choose the types of questions for each player (choose Identify President for the easiest level/younger children). This is a fun app with very nice graphics and a decent opportunity to learn basic presidential facts. In future versions we would like to see options to get additional information (esp. context for the quotes). Your child will learn if they, or you, are diligent, but they may think it is plenty fun to just guess. Two additional games are included, so shelf life and the opportunity for fact reinforcement is good.

My son LOVES this app and has pretty much learned every President by sight, and has almost memorized them in order. I think it is one of the few educational apps that is really fun.
