 This dinosaur app has lots of information in an encyclopedic form, with lovely images, plus a few basic games (a matching game and a puzzle). Nothing reinforces learning, but your reader can certainly gain new lots of new knowledge. The images are enough to captivate the non-reader. This app’s educational value is much higher for a confident reader. This is a good app for quiet time – sounds are not needed. The games are simple and provide spacial relationship and memory exercises (not knowledge acquisition or practice). Like this app?
