 A fun and creative app to practice the concepts of decimals, fractions and percentages. You move your device around to move a bouncing ball left and right to position it accurately according to its value on a number line. There are three levels of play (beg, med, hard) and the sophistication of the number increases (i.e. from 1/2 to 5/18) as does the speed. This app is for practice and gives a good visual understanding as to the relationship between fractions, decimals and percentages, although it does not explicitly explain or teach about this. Nevertheless a fun, creative and esthetically nice way to help learn number values. If you need to change the level, just lose and you will get to the home screen. We applaud the developers of Motion Math – this is more creative than most.
